FDFT 12k Memory Walk

On Friday 19th September at 10am, Ferndown will shine a light on dementia as local heroes from care providers, charities, and businesses unite for the FDFT 12k Memory Walk 2025.

This special event aims to raise awareness about dementia and spotlight the work of Ferndown Dementia Friendly Town (FDFT) – a community initiative committed to making Ferndown a more understanding and supportive place for those living with dementia.

During the walk, participants will visit 10 partner locations across the town, receiving warm welcomes and well-deserved refreshments. It’s a day of compassion, community spirit, and meaningful action.
