Dear Tom, Luke and Jill. We are very saddened by the loss of your father and our Uncle Alan. I have lots of great memories growing up with Alan as a youngster and I know he will be missed by all of the family. Its very unfortunate that we are not able to attend the funeral. My deepest sympathies, god bless and I hope that we can all catch up one day. Sean, Melissa and Tom
Thinking of you all at this time of sadness. I always remember Uncle Alan for his big smile and wicked sense of humour. Sending all our thoughts and deepest sympathies.

Dear part of the Marco family in the UK, and especially Tom and Luke
Although we have met late, the loss of Alan brings us great sadness. On one hand it has always been a great shame not to have lifelong memories with you, but on the other we were able to meet a great person in Alan, and we feel his sincere joy in rebuilding the old ties that join us. In this short time he was able to share his stories with us in a very special way that we will miss very much. His memory is a treasure for us. Finally he could be one more in our family meetings and we will always feel it that way.
Dear Luke, Tom and Jill,
We are devastated at the loss of our dear uncle & great uncle Alan. He played such an important role in our lives over many, many years and we are so lucky to have the memories of many wonderful shared experiences, conversations, holidays and glasses of wine to treasure for the rest of our lives. Although the physical distance between us was great, our girls have grown up knowing and loving him and he was a constant presence in our lives and our conversations at home.
We can’t quite believe you are gone, Alan. We will miss you so much.
Nick, Megan, Grace and Peggy
Sincere condolences to the family. Wonderful memories of Alan’s warm hospitality & generosity in making our trip to Poole, in 2006, a wonderful experience.
Kind regards
