I would like to send my love and thoughts to Ray and all the family. We met Ann and Ray while on holiday at Warners, Littlecote in 2008, and met up with them on a few occasions afterwards. I’m sorry I won’t be able to attend the funeral but I will think of you all.

To Ray and family. We are so sorry for your loss. Although we cannot be with you personally, you are in our thoughts. Sending love to you all.
I worked with Annie for years when I first moved to this area some 25 years ago now. I remember being mesmerised by her fast typing in the office and her lovely nails that she always kept pristine. Annie kept me under a tight rein at work, I was a temp to start and she wouldn’t take any nonsense in the office, I quite often felt like a naughty school girl. We ended up Working together on the Dorset women in business courses helping women with their new business start ups and we had lots of laughs, Annie always had her ear to the ground and knew what was going on with everyone in the office 😊
We formed a friendship that lasted long after she retired and We would meet for lunch dates with Cath every 6 weeks or so catching up on news of our families, I feel like I know you all so well, Annie was a great story teller.
I regret that covid rules scuppered our meet ups and we just didn’t manage to find the right dates for the three of us to meet up, once restrictions passed, only just a recently we said we should arrange one but it didn’t happen in time.
I have lovely memories of Annie, she was a lovely friend, my best wishes go to Ray, Alison, David and all the family my thoughts are with you all, so sorry for your loss xxx
