  1. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Ann for 32 years as her daughter Helen’s best friend.
Ann was always kind, positive and made me smile. She’d always ‘put the kettle on’ and chat to me as a teenager then over the years I brought my own daughters round to see her and Mike. It was always a happy home to be in…..
When Helen became ill, Ann nursed her with such compassion and love, their bond was incredibly special and I know that they are both together again now.
Greg, Milly, Indy and I send Mike, Rachel and all the family our love and condolences. We will always remember her.

  2. I knew lovely Helen through my daughter Rebecca and I was always aware of Ann and Mike’s great love for their family. Helen’s Ella and Rebecca’s India were born within a few months of each other and we all became Grandparents at the same time. Ann and Mike’s devotion to Helen during her illness was amazing. David and I send our condolences to Mike and Rachel at this sad time.

  7. Ann’s Mum and my Grandmother were sisters. My first memory of ann was when she sent me a Wade China Rabbit a birthday present. I am now 64! I never forgot. Ann was always kind and thoughtful. My Dad, Harry Fry, filmed family gatherings at Avon Beach. There is Ann on screen, laughing and larking about. Such a great sense of humour. Ann always had a twinkle in her eye at some joke my dad gave her. Amongst all the happy memories, I will treasure the most the love she gave me- the greatest gift of all. Thanks for everything Ann. All my love, Glynice

  8. I have such fond memories of Ann. I had the pleasure of knowing her and Mike whilst I went to uni with their daughter, Helen. They sort of took me under their wing whilst I was in the UK. Ann was always so welcoming with a lovely huge smile and an offer of a cuppa at every opportunity. Such an immensely kind and fabulous lady.
Sending so many virtual hugs at such a sad time for Mike and his family,
