In loving memory of Aunty Averil
from Tim, Jan & Ross
Heartfelt condolences sent to you all. Someone so special can never be forgotten. Xx
In fond memory of a brave, faithful, fun loving and useful member of her society. My deepest sympathies go to her three sons and her closest friends.
Aunty Eileen
The past and present members of Purbeck and District Riding Club all have the fondest memories of Averil. Most of us remember her with love, for the help given without being asked and support in many different aspects. Her fighting spirit concerning everything Equestrian especially with Purbeck and South Dorset, will long be remembered by all.
I believe Purbeck RC would not be the successful Club it is today without her efforts as Chairman over many years, a guiding inspiration from a true Lady worthy of our respect and love.
To my own family over 25 years she has always been on hand for any help or advice . Most of all an exceeding good friend who will be sorely missed but never forgotten.
My family’s sincere condolences to all my cousins at this time of my favourite aunts passing. A nice lady and a terrific character will be sadly missed.
Andrew, Lesley, Howard, Laura and Gemma.
Averil was a true country lady who will be fondly remembered Colin and I have spent many horse events together .Treasured memories of the Purbeck and district R C.
Averil was such a good friend to me when I moved to the area. I have such fond memories of fun riding together in Wareham Forest and The Piddle Valley. She had an indomitable spirit – her memory will live on in so many spheres.
My deepest sympathy goes to her family.
A great lady sadly missed. So many memories through the riding club and especially her support of the teams. Always on hand with a kind word and advice. A true character. God bless x
