In memory of a dear friend who organised so many lovely walks.
It was a pleasure to have known Barbara her courage and tenacity was an inspiration to all who knew her. We shall miss not seeing her in the forest.

I wish to convey my deepest sympathy to you and you family upon the death of Barbara.
It was always a pleasure to meet her at the many events over ever so many years and enjoy her successful progression to become such a great champion!
I hope that time and memories will help lessen the burden of your sorrow, and that you may draw some measure of comfort knowing that others care and share in your loss.

I was very sorry to hear of your great loss. I know you had many happy years together. It was a real pleasure to know that our walking holiday in the west of Ireland introduced you to such a wonderful person and that she was able to stay active right to the end of her life.
