Will remember Bill as a cheerful, helpful person . We looked forward to seeing him on the many outings we all enjoyed over the years. Will be sadly missed.
Bill will be sadly missed. He was my 1st cousin, once removed. I always looked forward to my visits to Bill and Margaret in Swanage with their warm and generous welcome. He and my father shared a love of aviation and shared many stories together. He was my last direct relative in Swanage, the home of my Mother and Grandmother. It feels like the end of an era.
Agnieszka and I hope to be able to visit Margaret again once this terrible pandemic is under control. Our thoughts and sympathy are with Margaret, Jenny and Robert.
Will remember Bill as a very cheerful and sociable chap who loved the Avon for Men range as he and Robert swam most days about 5 years ago when I was selling Avon products.
My thoughts and sympathy are with Margaret, Jenny and Robert.
Such a modest, gentle, amicable and interesting person to be a member of our extended family.
A privilege to be a bridesmaid at his wedding to Margaret.
We will miss his cheerful exchange of e.mails/ phone calls on Anniversaries etc.
Fondest love to Margaret, Jenny and Robert
Dear Aunty Margaret, Jenny and Robert,
Thinking of you today and we are with you in spirit.
I have many fond memories of chatting with uncle Bill during my visits, looking out over Swanage bay and at the Sherborne Ironman.
We know it will be a lovely service today, a fitting commemoration to the fine & kind gentleman uncle Bill was.
All our love,
Darren & Rosie,
Drew, Judy & Mitchell.
Thanks for all the years of warm welcomes in Swanage! With love to Margaret, Jenny and Rob xxx
Bill was a perfect gentleman who we enjoyed having as a neighbour. We will miss our cheerful chats with him.
