Brenda’s life was an example and inspiration to us all and we know how sorely she will missed by Colin and all the family.

My memories of Brenda will be her warmth, her hospitality and the twinkle of mischief in her eye. She made everyone she met feel valued and welcomed. I have treasured memories of visiting Brenda and Colin as a child and the choice of cake (and cheese) being astounding – you never left without several treats – memories of driving my Grandma (Auntie Jimmy) to Worth Matravers for a natter and memories of bringing my own children to see them; they were as welcomed and spoilt as I was when I was small. We will all miss you Brenda.
