With condolences on the loss of David.
David was an excellent Chairman of our U3A Current Affairs meetings. I always liked to hear his views on things global, national and local. He was kind, diligent and caring; and loved his family very much.
Think often of the good times you had together!
I was away at the time that David died and also for his funeral.
I will always remember David for his chairmanship of the U3A Current Affairs group. He was always warm, considerate, friendly and above all had time for everyone. He encouraged newcomers and he never lost his sense of humour. He will be very much missed both for his U3A commitment and also for his work with recovering heart-attack patients. R.I.P
