It was with great sadness that I learned of David passing but great fondness of memories from long ago. Being in school with young David we’d get into scrapes of our own design and on occasion from Older David like the occasions he gave us driving lessons aged 9 to 11 using the army Land Rovers from The Grange TA Center. Not on the roads but all over Cefn Bryn on the Gower. When we were older and young David was visiting him after they’d moved into the Cross in Morriston, and being woken in the morning by two young faces and an inquisitive young baby.
Those and many other memories I’ll cherish for the rest of my life, David young and old thankyou for being in, and enriching my life. Rest in peace.
