A tragic loss. Our thoughts are with you Sharon
So sad , gone too soon, but the memories remain – the laughter and fun we had working together will be with me forever- my thought are with you Sharron
Sharron, we are so sorry that you are going through this. Your husband was an incredible and joyous man and is missed.
We remember the first time we met Dave, where we all went to a comedy club in Bournemouth. It was clear to see that although you had not been dating long that it was true love and this man with his cheeky twinkly eyes had stolen your heart.
Dave was a great friend and made us laugh with his witty sense of humour. We enjoyed numerous cake-eating and charity shop book searching adventures where Keith and Dave both had a man bag each to hide their ill-gotten gains of some random book about a footballer or the likes when Sharron and I were looking in the river having a gas waiting outside the shop. When Keith’s hands were out of service for a short while post carpel tunnel op Dave was there to hide his loot!
There is much love in our hearts for you both and you are in our thoughts.
With much love
Kate and Keith x
We are saddened of David’s passing and our hearts go out to you in this time of grief.
Lovely, lovely David was always positive and happy and who will be deeply missed.
We had wonderful times together where we enjoyed eating homemade cakes, jam and scones and we loved seeing his face light up.
We are so sorry for your great loss and send our condolences.
Love and big hugs
Dianne and Peter

He went too soon – life is not fair, thinking of you Sharon
Dave you have been a great mate ever since 1972 and we shared many laughs, not difficult since we shared a very similar, daft sense of humour. A love of rock music was also a passion we shared as well football. You were always there to lend an ear when needed, always supportive when needed and first and foremost, always a very good friend. It’s so unfair that you have been taken so soon.
Our thoughts are with you Sharon at this very sad time.

So sorry for your loss Sharron, Dave was a kind and generous man.
Dave was my oldest mate we first met in 1960 at are first day at school. We will really miss him.
Dear Sharron, my heart goes out to you at this very sad time. I know only too well the sorrow you are feeling right now. David was a lovely man taken too soon, he was so kind and thoughtful, a rare and precious gift. May he rest in peace and tranquillity, cherish your memories and keep them close to your heart always. My deepest condolences, much love Amy x
In the relative short time we’ve known each other Dave, a bond was grown and a true friendship was formed. Saddest condolences to you Sharron and family and friends of Dave.
I knew Dave for thirty years pretty much, we worked together at Hampshire County Council and spent some great times both there and after work, going for a curry and then on to see a band many times. He was one of the nicest, most decent guys I’ve ever known and I can’t believe he’s gone. I take some comfort that he spent the last years of his life with Sharron and became part of her family…good luck mate.
Dave, you will be forever in our hearts and minds x
Dave, a wonderful constant throughout my career at Hampshire. You were always there to give advice, provide a shoulder to cry on and most importantly to share a joke with. Forever calm, you are definitely a man I looked up to. I’m delighted you shared your retirement with Sharron and became a part of her family. This warms my heart. XOX
What a lovely cousin always in our thoughts and prayers, will sadly be missed. Love Leslie and Matthew
