Dear Edna and family
Are thoughts are with you all. Dennis was a kind and gentle person who always had time to chat. He regaled us with many interesting stories about his life with Edna. He was so proud of all his children and Grandchildren. We will miss our visits to see him and the tots of whiskey we shared but look forward to a cup of tea with you Edna.
He was a Lovely man and a friend.
A loyal Wareham Lion member and hard working servant of the community.
Wenda and I will miss him.
Very sorry to hear about Dennis, Johns Parents stayed at our house in Kelowna while they were visiting Canada, I remember them well, condolences to John, you and the family 😥
Dear Edna and family
Denis was a very kind and gentle man and we will miss him. We used to enjoy our reminiscences of living in Southgate/Enfield.
Rest in peace Denis and love to Edna.
Goodbye Gramps. Hope you are at peace. Thank you for all the wonderful memories and holidays we spent together. I’ll always remember what a kind and generous person you were. Love you and miss you loads

I only just learned of my cousin Dennis’s death in an email from my second cousin John Farley. In 2009, at the age of 70, I visited England for the first time and met John and his wife Elaine. Thanks to them, I was able to meet Dennis and his wife Edna, and my cousin Joan and her husband. It was such a wonderful day for me. I doubt anyone in Dennis’s family will see this message at this late date, but if they do I just want them to know how happy I was to spend time with Dennis and Edna. It breaks my heart to know that he is gone and I am deeply sorry that he had to suffer from dementia in his last years.
