Derek was one of life’s gentlemen and a true Studland character. So quiet and unassuming but a real entertainer with a guitar in his hands. I could always rely on his help when needed and I hope he said the same of me. So glad that I was able to have a chat with him when I was over in June. My thoughts are with all his family.
Peter/June, what a great bloke known him since we were both 17 years we had great fun in his Thames van he was always cheerful and friendly to everybody will miss greatly.
