Hello. My name is Alan Clarke and as well as being the next door neighbour of Greta Wellman (and the dear departed Ken) I am also captain at Broadstone Golf Club this year. Unfortunately I did not have the pleasure of knowing Don but am aware that many at the golf club did and from my conversations with them I know they still remember Don very fondly. He was obviously a lovely man and will be greatly missed. Please pass on my most sincere condolences and best wishes to Don’s family. Thank you.
My name is Susan Gollins Utz, (I am the daughter of Don’s brother Stan) Don Gollins was my Uncle. The sweetest, dearest, most loving man. I loved visiting him, his daughters, Stephanie and Claire and his wife my Auntie Beryl. I just learned of his passing and am deeply saddened, he was the very best.
Rest In Peace Uncle Don, you are now with your Mom and Dad brothers and sister.
