  3. First met Ed in 1968 and within an hour we went for a motorbike ride. 51 years later on the day of his funeral I was proud to ride my bike in front of the hearse as we went for our last ride together.
    Big man in so many ways, best man at my wedding and a good man the world is a poorer place without him in it.
