Condolences to Rose and Mandy on the passing of Gerald.
Gerry will be sadly missed by the members of Ferndown Wayfarers Cricket Club. He was a great supporter of the Women & Girls team and his wisdom and boundary coaching was greatly appreciated. Gerry has certainly left his footprint on the hearts of many ❤️🏏
Very sad to hear of Gerry’s passing. What an absolute gent he was, always a real pleasure to talk to and play with at Wayfarers CC. Always so kind, considerate and good fun. Condolences to Rose and family. RIP Gerry 🏏💙
It was a privilege to play cricket alongside Gerry and enjoy a beverage or 2 after a game. He was a true gent and it was always so lovely to catch up about cricket and hockey at Wayfarers. Sending love and best wishes to all the family. Rest in peace Gerry
With our condolences to Rosie and Mandy.
Rest in peace Dad.
In memory of a true gentleman with a fine sense of humour.
Long may he find a place in Heaven.
Such sad news, I worked with Gerald on the farm at Hampreston for 19 years. Condolences to all the family, thinking of you. Alan.
Lots of fond memories of Gerry at Ferndown Wayfarers hockey club. His kindness and great humour when playing for his mixed team, his umpiring for our ladies 2nds. All his hard work during the summer tournaments and keeping the grounds in good order.
His passion for cricket in the summer.
Condolences to Rosie and Mandy sorry I can’t be with you today.
Very sad in learning of the passing of Gerald. He will be fondly remembered by many as the kind, thoughtful and a gentle gent of a guy he was. Thoroughly enjoyed the many hours in his company both on and off the cricket field over the years and will always smile when thinking of his standard greeting….. “Alright Son” !! Gerald indeed was more than alright himself…
RIP Gerry… a true Wayfarer 🏏
Our condolences & our thoughts to Rosie and the family.
