Gillian passed away peacefully on Thursday 21st April 2022 at the Weldmar Hospice in Dorchester at 63 years. She will be deeply missed by her devoted husband Eddie, her family and friends.
There will not be a funeral service at Gillian's request, but you may donate to the Weldmar Hospicecare Trust in her memory and leave a message for her family.

Such a special friend for many years, always happy jolly and full of wisdom.
We had various trips in the early days Cadbury world was memorable.

Many years have passed since I first met you when you were 9 years old and your brother was my boyfriend. As years went by life was not always kind to you but I watched you become the strong, wise and independant woman that we have just lost – forever in loving memory XXX

No words can express our sadness at the passing of Gill. Gill was a beautiful and brave lady and a lovely neighbour. Gill will remain an inspiration to us on how to live life to the full and to always look on the brightside. We are so very sorry that Gill was taken too soon, but glad you were able to enjoy many happy years together. Gill looked so happy in her wedding photos and this is how we will remember her.

Now, your resemblance lives in something beautiful and as a reminder of how much we should appreciate life, no matter what. The memories of you will prevail in eternity. In the Country Side scenery, in the gorgeous wisterias, in every single bluebell, in the Dorset blue skies. Thank you for your friendship, your love, your time. For the laughs and walks, for every single thing you done for me. I’ll remember you in a sunny day, walking through the Jurassic Coast with the wind in your face, so graceful and full of life.
