Dark night – even darker in all of Guzet as Gilly revealed their new lovely snow covered chalet – all it needed was the lights switched on from the main fuze box….strange that as he flicked over the big lever on the black box – all the lights went out across Guzet Neige – only Gilly had the candle to warm and light our way ……now she can take the ski lift in the sky and joyously watch over all our unsteady snow ploughs….

In remembrance of my dear school friend Gilly, whom I had met again in recent years and rekindled our friendship. I feel great sadness at her passing , she was such a lovely person. However I feel the deepest sympathy for all her family and I send them my sincere condolences at this sad time.
