I was so shocked and sad to hear of Hugh’s death. Although I hadn’t seen him in several years, there was a time when he was a regular fixture in my life and I will always associate him with that particular time and place. Hugh was always interesting to have around, and I have always had huge admiration for his drive and creativity. He accomplished so much in a life which was too short, and the world would be a better place if there were more people like Hugh in it.
Rest in peace, old friend.
