My thoughts are with you Derek and Stuart at this terrible time. Jean was such an amazing lady and always made me feel part of your family whenever I stayed with you. Although I am terribly sad for her loss, I can only smile remembering her. We are truly blessed to have had her in our lives.
By my bed I have a photograph taken at my parents’ wedding in 1952, at which my cousin Jean was a bridesmaid. I will always cherish this photo.
After our family emigrated from England to Canada in 1957, I saw Jean on all five subsequent visits. She always made me (and on the last two visits my wife Mary also) very welcome.
My condolences to Derek and Stuart.
We will miss the lovely Jean enormously…..Our thoughts are with you Derek. We will be thinking of you on the 17th and remembering the fun times we had with Jean…how we made her sit through endless games nights, but which she always joined in with great spirit and fun…….the most special of which was the fancy dress evening with her Mary Quant outfit!! What a great, funny, lovely lady who will be sadly missed by many x
Our hearts goes out to Derek and Stuart at this difficult time.
Jean was such a wonderful lady, always cheerful, so kind and generous to my family whenever we visited England.
All of us are going to miss Jean, but she will never be forgotten.
With our deepest sympathy,
John, Hiromi, Emily and Lilian Tulett
Jean was such a lovely lady & it was always a pleasure to be in her company. I know she will be greatly missed & our deepest sympathy is with Derek, Stuart & their family.
