John had been a friend for more than 20 years. We shared holidays, art classes and many other events. John was inspirational, He gave confidence and encouragement to so many. During his illness we enjoyed lunches at his favourite Guildhall Tavern. He will be sorely missed by so many. My thoughts are with Diana an the rest of the family at this difficult time.
I will always remember John for his kindness, good company, strong faith and wonderful skill as an artist. We always enjoyed his wonderful christmas cards. Our deepest condolences to Diana and his whole family and we are very sorry we cant be there today
he lit up my world at poole college with his zest for life and enthusiasm.an artist of epic proportions and a great man.always present in my thoughts.deepest sympathies to his family.
