Katherine will be much missed by us all and her love and faithful kindness to our family will always be with us. I know that Sally who suffers from Lewy bodies Dementia would be at Katherine’s funeral if she could, and would want to donate to the Alzheimer’s Society and Lady St Mary’s where Tony and Sally were so happy at church with Katherine.
