Sincere and heartfelt condolences on the untimely passing of Katie With best wishes. Peter and Susan de Groot
I cannot believe Katie has died so prematurely. I am so so sorry for your loss. She was unable to choose the cards she was dealt but she played them beautifully . She will never be forgotten
Katie was a real trouper and it was a pleasure to share time with her at the theatre, exhibitions and just a cup of tea at her home in Putney.
