Donating to causes very close to Dad’s heart- Macmillan who cared for him in the last week of his life who were absolutely amazing, their compassion and caring helped us more than words can say. RNLI – Dad loved the sea serving in the Royal Navy, his name is on the Exmouth Life Boat to honour the incredible volunteers that continue to save lives. Keep sailing around the world Dad/Grandad XXX
Can only be described as a Gentleman and a Friend, sadly missed x
Ken you were part of my childhood growing up and us all becoming not just neighbours but family friends. I always remember how very smart you looked even when attending to your garden. You always had a smile on your face
May you rest in peace always
Thinking of you all and sending you all much love xxxx
Rest in peace lovely Uncle Percy your stoicism & cheerfulness was a real inspiration xxx
Will miss our phone chats, sorry we are unable to attend, Margaret and Ken were really good friends, together again now, he loved his garden, and was used to walking regularly . Rest in peace Ken.
With great love from the Cogger, Ross and Webb families 💙XX
Dear Wendy and the rest of Ken’s family and friends.
My love and condolences to you all. Ken was a true gentleman. He would always come to clinic immaculately dressed in his finest; politeness personified. Such a kind manner man, I imagine he was a faithful friend and a fantastic dad/grandad. He was well loved in the chemo unit and it was a privilege to look after him for so many years. I have no doubt he is still with you in some way, and you will see him always in beautiful gardens and looking out to sea.
Dear Wendy, I remember your pops so fondly – especially at dinner at your house…we used to say he was collecting little bits in his beard to save for later! Grandad whiskers is up there watching over you all… All our love Kate, Tim, Jake and Chopsy xx
Robin and I will miss seeing you out and about in your garden. Flica
