I’m very sorry to hear of Luke’s passing. My sister Kim and I met Luke at youth church in Shaftesbury back in the late 90’s early 2000’s.
He had a funny sense of humour and cheeky smile. I remember him on his skate board and going for walks with him in the woods and long chats. He had a good heart and I know he did get himself in trouble sometimes but he has a conscience and was caring and thoughtful. About a year ago my sister and sister I were talking about Luke and were wondering where he had got to and couldn’t find him on social media. Sadly I came across this very sad news today that he was gone. He will never know we searched for him and were thinking about him. Still think of him after all these years when I drive past his old house in Ludwell. Sending love and condolences to his family and wish them peace and know that Luke was very much loved xxx
I was friends with Luke when he lived in the Coventry area, shortly before he moved up to Scotland. Today, something reminded me of him, so I searched for him on social media, only to find out he had passed. We had so many great times together, spending hours drinking and listening to punk rock. I’ll never forget the time he lifted his shirt, revealing a giant tattoo across his stomach, much to my mother’s horror! He was always such a free spirit. I wondered a lot about him over the years, as I wasn’t sure what happened to him, and I guess I’ll never know, but it’s truly sad to hear this news.
