2. In memory of lovely Mary who once broke a glass in my house and apologised every time I saw her for the next twenty years ! You were great fun Mary (and it’s ok about the glass) thinking of you Jenny lots of love xxxxx

3. Mary was a very special person to both me and my sisters; along with Nigel they were the cool aunt and uncle who always had time for us, both as kids and adults. Together they made us feel very special, something they did with personal warmth, grace and humour. Visiting our aunt was one of the highlights of our visits to Swanage. It was always entertaining to get her latest take on the events going on around her, no matter what the topic. We’ll miss those conversations, and her, a great deal.

4. Love and best wishes to the family. Mary was great fun and had a wonderful, enquiring mind and a great sense of humour. I always enjoyed seeing her and she and my Mum shared some good times as great friends. xx
