Dear Gail, Michael and Alan and families
I was so sorry to hear that your Dad had passed away. I always found him very kind and interesting to talk to. He had so many talents – particularly in music and woodwork (which were the ones I was mainly aware of). He was very welcoming to Les and I when we visited him and I do regret that Les and I did not manage another trip to see him in the last year or so. It really does feel like the end of an era with your Dad, my Dad, Sheila and Sylvia all now gone.
