Farewell Olive – safe Journey and thank you for all the Cake & Memories….
Goodness another shock. Pat and I came to the village 31 years ago and Alfie and Olive were the first people in the village who spoke to us. It was Bonfire Night and they invited us and our baby son Giles to join the Barnes big event. What an amazing journey they have made throughout their lives in Moreton and I will write down some day all the stories I heard from Alfie over the years when our paths passed whilst i was out walking our dog Daisy . Olive loved our Jack Russell Daisy and whenever we called round she have a treat for Daisy.
Daisy is like us all getting older and her eyesight and hearing are seriously impaired and if I ever leave the gate open by mistake The Green is always a point of call to try and find her.. God Bless you both and enjoy each other once again-and Daisy sends out a woof to Olive.
