Pamela Greenham passed away peacefully at Chalgrove Residential Home on Sunday 24th July.
A dearly loved wife of the late Eric, loving mum to Julie, Andrew and Helen and mother-in-law of Michael and Angie.
Caring Nan to Daniel, Samantha, James, Amber and Hannah, Great Nanny to Alfie, Lily, Phoebe, Leo and Elodie.
