How we will miss our dear Pam, but we know that she’s up in heaven with her loved ones. She was such a very special person, so kind and caring, and always immaculately turned out! We have so many happy memories of times we spent together over the years. We send our love and deepest sympathies to you all and we are so sorry that we can’t be with you at her funeral, but we’ll be watching it over here in Australia. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
