Pat passed away peacefully at home on the 4th November. Her family have requested that you wear something red (or another piece of colour if you don't have red).

Our family would like to very much thank Ali from the local District Nurses – she is truly an Angel without Wings and was amazing with mum making her comfortable and taking care of all her medical needs with dignity – thank you!

The local Macmillan nurses and doctor (Keith Williams) were a huge source of support to us for which we are forever in their debt – we could not have done this without you.

Agincare (Mark and Grace) – thank you for your kindness and care with Pat, it was a pleasure to meet you both and help you care for our mum for those precious few days at home.

Finally, the outpouring of love and support from all our amazing family and friends has been truly incredible and we thank and love you all.
