Pauline, a truly gentle and brave lady, a loving wife and mother. You will always be remembered and will live on in Cameron and Alex. RIP
Pauline was a much loved family friend and is sadly missed by all the McDonald family. She was a kind lady and this wonderful trait lives on in her children.
Sending much love and condolences to Phil, Cameron and Alex.
Pauline, my friend whom I met at Sunday school aged 7 years old. We shared so much over the years especially from the 70’s onwards from trying to teach each other the Hustle and pretending to be the Three Degrees with Flora and later going to see our favourite – George Benson. I have never laughed as much as I did in Paulines’ company, she had a wicked sense of humour of which I shared. Pauline was always positive, kind and a loyal friend. She loved her family so much and was a wonderful daughter to Dor Dor, wife to Phil and mother to Cameron and Alex of whom she was rightly so very proud of. I will miss you so very much Pauline – remember to keep dancing round that handbag up there.
Pauline you truly were a lovely friend, full of fun with an amazing sense of humour. I will treasure the memories of the past you me and Jackie and our Jolly Miller days and then later watching our Motown favourites you always kept us laughing.
You are now reunited with your beloved mum Dor Dor.
My love goes to Phil Cameron and Alex who have been such a strength to you, Rest in Peace my friend xxxx Flora
So very sorry to hear such sad news, a lovely girl to have known, I have very happy memories of us all growing up in the village. I will hold the memory of Pauline and Jackie laughing and dancing with me always.
Pauline will be remembered with fondness by so many . Even during her illness she had the most infectious smile and appreciated the simple things with such gratitude.
Growing up being best friends with Alex, Pauline was the best second mum I could ever have wished for. She always put up with mine and Alex’s troublemaking and as we grew older, I knew that if I ever needed to, I could pop round and Pauline would always welcome me in with loving, open arms. I have so many wonderful memories of Pauline and she is definitely someone who will never be forgotten. Pauline will live on in our hearts and our memories forever as the beautiful, caring and loving women that she was. I will love you and miss you always Mumma Legg xxxxxx
Pauline, we remember the good times we all had together, your kind heart and love for your family.
