Pauline, you have always been a very dear friend to me. From the moment we met at work the week after my father had died so suddenly, you were there for me from that day on. 45 years of being a wonderful, supportive and thoughtful friend is going to leave a huge void in my life. You have been a fantastic, caring mother to William and you have persevered throughout all that life has thrown at you.. Those ‘3 hour’ phone calls l shall miss with all my heart.
