Pauline and I worked together in The New Forest CAMHS team, she was nurturing, compassionate, intuitive and put her heart and soul into everything she did, what a difference she made to the lives of others. Such a big sad loss to the world, love to her family.

Pauline worked with patience, compassion and integrity in a challenging CAMHS setting. She had the respect and gratitude of colleagues, young people and their families.
She was amazing 🙂 as you already know. My condolences and best wishes to you all.

I will always remember Pauline as a stoic, compassionate, caring inspirational woman. I worked with Pauline when she joined Poole CAMHS and was her clinical supervisor in the Primary Mental Health Team until 2021. She was so respectful of her colleagues & the families with whom she worked. This was not a job to Pauline but a passion for young people’s mental health. She was as sharp as they come with a quick sense of humour but there was always that essence of compassion & love in everything she did. She has made such a difference in this world and her memory lives on in all of us who had the privilege to work with her. I am so sorry for her family, Michael & her 2 children as she was taken too soon.

I first met Pauline on a family and systemic therapy training many years ago, later I joined her team in Ashurst camhs. She was so helpful and supportive and we had a great time running groups together for foster carers. She was a wealth of knowledge and a good friend. She was kind and caring through some tough times. We ended up working together for the past 6 years at Poole camhs where she had only recently left. I will really miss Pauline and am so sorry she has been taken so suddenly. Sending love to her family. She was a wonderful woman.
