  17. I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Phil today, he was a true friend, a great husband to Tracey and an awesome Dad to Joe and he was so very proud of you Joe.
I have some lovely memories many many years ago and I wish I could have said Goodbye, the same as you did for Dad (Mike Willingham).
I still have some of your equine handy work in my yard, dark green of course !!
Go catch up with Mum and Dad and give them a hug from me.
You will be so missed by so many, a true gentlemen.
    Good Night Phil.

  19. I am very shocked sorry to hear this news.
I remember Phil with as being such a kind hearted guy, always helping others whenever he could.
I worked with Phil at Bovington Tank workshops in the 1990’s before I resigned to go to University.
I bought an old dilapidated trailer tent and Phil was so happy to help renovate the zips windows etc.
Through his kindness and skill it enabled me to take my family on holiday for the first time that we could afford.
I last bumped into Phil at Malaga airport, which surprised us both, but there was the usual welcomed laughter and banter despite not seeing each other for years.
It was only then that we realised we were exactly the same age and shared same birthday! both been to Spain to celebrate, and both returning on the same flight.
I will always remember Phil with happy memories, and for being a true, one of the best guys, for so many reasons.
    Ian Ross Barlow.
