Just to express our sadness at Philomena’s death. We knew her for many years in Norwich. We visited a few times once she moved to the Wareham. We losy touch over the last few years adn were sad to learn that she deveoped dementia
Philomena and I enjoyed some great walks together in the Norfolk countryside. We worked together at both City College Norwich and the Norfolk Heritage Centre in the Norfolk and Norwich MIllennium Library. A valued friend and colleague.
I have just seen this and wish to send my belated condolences to all the family.
I had lost touch with Phil just in the last few years but i have good memories of her and the lovely person she was. I was married to her brother John for four short years until he died and Phil was there for me in those early very difficult years before i remarried 39 years ago. We cried and laughed together. I will always think of her with great affection.
