  2. Heart of gold, very hard working, genuine with a great sense of humour and a very proud family man, that’s how I would describe ‘ Uncle Bootsie’. My thoughts are with Sue, Sarah, Paul, Lennon, Nissa and Kennedy. I’ve so many great memories of Uncle Bootsie and feel blessed to have had him has my uncle. He will be sadly missed but always remembered with a smile. I know he’ll be watching down and looking out for his family and of course his beloved Manchester United.❤️

  3. Our thoughts are with Auntie Sue, Sarah,Paul, Lennon, Nissa and Kennedy. So pleased I got to see Uncle Ron earlier this year. With Uncle Ronnie he remained true to himself no matter who you were, honest, no nonsense and enjoyed a laugh. Mum and Dad met through Uncle Ronnie as Uncle Ronnie invited Dad to a party, which is where Dad met Mum 💕 Many a good story about Dad and Uncle Ronnie’s antics have been told. He loved Man. Utd, I can remember him going to a wedding looking very smart and as the day turned to night he took off his shirt and tie to reveal his beloved Man. Utd. FC top 😊 In more recent years Evie and Mia loved coming over to make dens in your garden ( a highlight of the school holidays with Nanny). Nick thought you were a legend … who else could he have a conversation with about knots 😊RIP Uncle Ronnie, always in our hearts, love Debbie, Nick, Evie and Mia x

  7. Sending all our love to Sue, Sarah, Paul, Lennon, Nissa & Kennedy at this very sad time. The very first thoughts that came to mind about Uncle Bootsie is a down to earth, genuine, a man who thought the world of his wife, children and grandchildren, his great sense of humour and picked onions they were the best. I’ve never had any that has been as tasty and fantastic as yours .
You will be so greatly missed, we were so honoured to have had Bootsie in our lives. You will never be forgotten. God Bless XXX

  8. A note to Uncle Ronnie, things we never said, but should:

Uncle Ronnie, what can I say? Such a lovely kind hearted, honest, hardworking and genuine man.
Always true to yourself- not changing for anyone- exactly how it should be.
Always in the garden, chopping wood, or at the farm, never sitting still for long.
Both you and Auntie Sue were always so welcoming when we occasionally visited , always time for a cuppa, a chat and a laugh, and happy during summer holidays when Charlotte, Georgina, Evie and Mia visited with Mum, messing up your garden building dens!
Auntie Sue told me you don’t want anyone to be sad, my Dad was the same – tears are falling as I write, sorry, time will heal.
You will always remembered fondly and never forgotton.

Sending Love and hugs to Auntie Sue, Sarah, Paul, Lennon, Nissa and Kennedy.xx
