Dear Nicky
Thank you for your email, we were sorry to hear the sad news, please accept our sincere condolences for you loss.
Both myself and Lynsey enjoyed a close working relationship with Sarah over a number of years, often calling not only for work but for a chat or to ask our opinion on something completely non work related. She was particularly candid with us when she first had her diagnosis, and incredibly stoic as she set about planning for whatever the future held.
Even with her health declining she kept in touch when she felt able to.
Both myself and Lynsey would be honoured to attend the funeral service and the burial service (assuming you / the family feel it is appropriate for us to attend).
Kind regards
Ashley
Dear Nicky,
Thank you very much for letting me know about Sarah, I was so so sorry to hear that she had passed. We were close in our early flying days and I remember her for her sheer relish for life, we subsequently drifted apart but kept meaning to get together, I have had my own health issues (Parkinson’s last 10 years) and now understand she was really suffering, she didn’t tell me. I will try and get to the funeral, I am looking at logistics and getting dogs sorted etc.
If I don’t make it, I will be thinking of her.
Very best wishes
Kate xxxxx
Dear Nicky
Thank you for your message and I am so sorry for your loss. Sarah was a wonderful person who touched and helped so many people through her work.
She must have fought hard to conquer her illness.
Sarah saved me…she helped me through some stressful times many years ago with her reiki. After which I did many courses with her over the last 10 years and sometimes acted as a guinea pig or helped on some of the courses.
She is my reiki master.
Although, I’ve not seen her for a while, she has always been very much in my thoughts – as a friend, teacher and sometimes counsellor.
She had a thirst for knowledge, eduction and enlightenment that was endless and it was always easy and comfortable, even though not often, to be in her company. This was how i knew your sister.
I will miss her not being here.
I am afraid that I am not going to be able to attend her funeral but I will hold her, you and family and friends in my thoughts.
Caroline
Hello,
Thank you for letting us know and we are so sorry to hear this, sad news – we were aware Sarah had cancer and was very poorly but her passing is still a shock for her family and loved ones, Unfortunately, we are actually away currently and won’t be back in time for the funeral otherwise we would absolutely have attended. Please give our condolences to Malcolm and to the rest of her friends and family,
Best wishes Alan and Jo
Hello Nicky, I’m so sorry to hear Sarah has passed away. I used to ride and look after her horse Jericho. We were very good friends and had many happy times. Sadly there were some very difficult times with her mental health and we drifted apart when I moved away. I did see her a few times when I moved back to the area and she seemed happy with running her reiki business. Sadly I am away that week so won’t be able to attend her funeral. Sending our best wishes.
Dear Nicky. Thank you so much for letting me know. This is such sad news.
I was in Air Uk, Dan Air and BA with Sarah, she was such a force of nature.
I will come to the funeral if I possibly can, I will be travelling with Kate Henwood.
Thank you for searching us out at such a difficult time. Best Wishes. Judith
We are all so sorry that Sarah has passed away. She fought a long, hard battle & you will all miss her so much. Sorry we cannot be with you to say goodbye but we will be thinking of you all. Sending our love, Elaine and Eddie Lowe and family x
