I was so sorry to hear that Shirley had died. I will always remember her in the back row of our dance class with Jenny, Ruth and Christina having a laugh and a giggle over some missed step or turn. One of their favourite dances was Mexican Cantina which they danced with great enthusiasm. It was all such good fun. Sometimes, when she had time, Shirley would meet with us after class for a coffee in the local cafe and put the world to rights. She had a great sense of humour and was incredibly brave. Although Shirley has not been to our class for some while I admired her greatly and she will be dearly missed.
