Sylvia sadly passed away in Salisbury Hospital on the 14th April 2025 at 89 years of age. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

I was sad to hear of Sylvia’s passing.
Two of my children attended the Saturday Theatre school.
A memory I have was OF Sylvis inviting me into her office and a long conversation where I discovered we has a connection through living in the same street in childhood and attending the same primary school in London , albeit I was seven years later .
Not only have we lost a pioneer in the training of performers but I have lost another link with my childhood past.
