  4. We are sorry for the loss of your brother-in-law, uncle and great uncle. He was such a kind gentle man and we will miss him. We have been friends with Ted and Sheelgh through the badminton club for many years.

  5. In memory of my kind, gentle and generous cousin Ted. We shared a common interest in aviation—a subject never far from his conversation or his camera lens. As a companion he was witty, interesting and amusing. My abiding memory is of walking on a long, sandy beach as he struggled to regain fitness that eluded him. He is remembered as one of the very best, and greatly missed.

  6. It was an honour to work with you Ted and I have fond memories of the time we worked and socialised together in the early to mid 80s. So many happy days. You were always generous with your time, calmly explaining things to teach team members. Will always remember your smile and laughter. Was so pleased to be able to attend your Thanksgiving Service – you family did you proud. RIP my friend.

  7. RIP Ted, you were a true gentleman and it was an honour to have known you as a good friend and neighbour.
