We as a family are still so shocked by Bill no longer being here with us.. he was a loving husband.. A kind and special Dad and Dad-in-law to Sarah and Adam and Paul and Hollie and a fun and supportive Grandad to Steven, Jack and Sophie.
Our lives are richer for having known him … Maureen xx
Growing up Billy wasn’t just my brother. He was my best friend. He created so much fun and laughter.
Taken from us too soon.
He will always be missed
Dad/Grandad,
You were the best Dad & Grandad we could ever have had, always so much fun with a great sense of humour. You were taken from us too soon & have left a big empty hole in all our hearts. We love & miss you so much but you have left us with so many great memories. Lots of love Sarah, Adam, Steven & Jack xx
Bill. Brother in law and friend. Happy memories of early years, looking in car showrooms at cars we couldn’t afford while the girls went shopping. Later, the life and soul of family get togethers with our young families. In later years, a companion on walks out and about in Dorset. Sadly missed, always remembering happy times.
Uncle Bill, sadly missed and fondly remembered.
Entertained us all at Christmas with your jokes and impersonations. Taught me how to make the “squeaky” hand noise, which is perfect for annoying animals and people alike..
Uncle Billy – such a shock that you are no longer with us all, taken far too soon. I will always remember being so excited about coming to stay with you and the family in Germany or you all coming to stay with us. You were so kind and funny, always telling jokes and making everyone laugh. You will be missed greatly and fondly remembered. X
Darling Cousin Billy – You’ll be remembered with much love and fondness from all your Family in Scotland. Great memories when growing up. You were a good man. RIP Bill.
My cousin Billy…..My funny, joker in the pack cousin Billy, I have so many memories of holidays in Dorset, thank you, you are amazing. Sleep well.
Lots of love
Lesley Sloan
