The process for Registering the death has changed during the COVID Emergency. With a ban on the face to face meetings, registration will now take place over the phone or online. We have created this helpful document to prepare you for the questions the registrar will ask you.
Face Coverings
Face coverings are not compulsory at our funeral homes. You may choose to wear one during the service, at our offices, all churches and crematoria and in our limousines. Thank you for co-operating with us, the safety of our staff and families is our main priority.
Ceremony Rooms
Our Ceremony Rooms are still available for use at our Parkstone, Blandford and Corfe Mullen branches for Funerals and Thanksgiving services.
With a maximum of only two gatherings per day, it provides a relaxed and private alternative to a public building during this time of uncertainties.
With our fully managed audio-visual facilities, including the option for recording the service for those unable to attend. Our ceremony rooms (followed by an unattended cremation) are comparable to a traditional cremation fee.
We also are able to hold funerals at The Italian Villa located within the gardens of Compton Acres in Poole.
