Office Manager / Funeral Support AE Jolliffe and Ives & Shand branch
We have an exciting opportunity for a reliable Office Administrator to join and support our team as Office Manager / Funeral Support in our Ferndown and Parkstone branches.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an administrator and be able to demonstrate versatility in their approach to tasks. You will assist the Branch Manager with the smooth and efficient running of the offices. The successful applicant will be self-motivated and be competent in prioritising their work. The skill to communicate with discretion is a must, adapting your style dealing with various circumstances from talking to our clients, liaising with our suppliers to supporting the team and other members of staff throughout the company.
We are looking for someone who has:
·Excellent interpersonal skills;
·Proven IT experience;
·High level clerical skills;
·Excellent verbal and written communication and computer literacy skills;
·Ability to work well autonomously and within a team environment;
·Effective time management;
·Ability to provide a first-class customer service to ensure each client has an exceptional experience;
·Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt their style accordingly;
·Strong planning and organisational skills.
The successful applicant must be willing to undertake the relevant training to become a regulated seller for the Dorset Funeral Plan.
