Returns Procedure & Cancellation of Order
We hope that you will be very happy with your purchase from FC Douch & Sons (Funerals) Limited. If however you do wish to return an item to us then please email or phone us prior to returning within 28 days from date of purchase on the following numbers:

We would ask that if you require a refund or an exchange then you send back the products as soon as possible, unused and in their original packaging. Any damaged or used goods cannot be refunded.
As soon as we receive your package we will organise for a refund to be made to you using the same method as you used to pay originally. If you require an exchange to be sent out to you we will organise this as quickly as possible.
If the returned product is found to have a manufacturing fault or if we at FC Douch & Sons (Funerals) Limited have sent out the wrong product to you then we will include the delivery costs that you will incur sending it back to us up to the equivalent of a Royal Mail standard parcel cost. Please advise us within 24 hours of receiving your order if your delivery has been damaged in some way or there is something missing, we can then arrange for the best solution whether that be an exchange, refund or additional item to be sent out to you. Please advise us by email within the 24 hour period – [email protected].
Please be advised that special order products such as engraved items are non returnable unless found to be faulty.

TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER
You have the legal right to cancel your order with us.
If you wish to cancel then please email us at [email protected] or call 01202 367 307 and give us all the order details. We will then cancel your order immediately and issue you with a full refund as long as your order has not yet been delivered. If you have received your order and would like to return it to us then please see our Returns section for details of how to do this.
Our website will make it very clear at time of order if we have the item in stock and readily available to send out to you. If we do not have it in stock you will be given clear information as to the approximate time to get this item ordered in for you. If you then continue to place your order you will be asked for payment of this item and we will then place that order with our supplier. Your normal cancellation of order rights apply, please see information above.
