Independent Funeral Directors
Serving Dorset for over 100 years

For the foreseeable future, our social and bereavement groups have been cancelled until further notice. In light of the current epidemic, it is the safest option for everyone for all face to face meetings to be cancelled to avoid the spread of the virus. Please keep checking this page and socials for more updates.

Thank you all for your co-operation

Douch Family Funeral Directors are committed to supporting the local community across Dorset. We believe in the importance of building strong community ties and feel privileged to welcome members of the public to our events each week.

We reach out to community groups, charities or events that may need our help. In way of our time, expertise or sometimes in the form of sponsorship.

We run groups across Dorset, including knit and natter befriending groups, lunch time clubs hosted at the local Royal British Legion, local bereavement support groups, as well as running our own events, such as the Douch Family 50+ Information Day.

Our funeral directors in Dorset also support many charities – including fund raising throughout the year for our ‘Charity of the Year’, which for 2019 has been Dementia Friends.

Take a look at our calendar of events for further information, times and locations. Alternatively, browse our calendar of events on Facebook, where you can register your interest and invite friends and family along too. For general enquiries, please give us a call on 01202 367 307 or send us an email at [email protected]
