Third party costs

The crematorium fee is not included within the £1,810 funeral director’s charges and will be added to the funeral account. Payment for the Unattended Direct Cremation package is required before the funeral takes place.

Optional extras

The unattended cremation takes place without family or mourners attending the crematorium. The coffin will be transported to the crematorium in a private ambulance at a suitable date and time arranged by the funeral director.

Families may choose to hold a memorial or celebration of life separately. If you would prefer to hold a funeral service before the unattended cremation, our Douch Exclusive package may be more suitable.

Optional extras

The direct cremation will usually take place on the next working day. If you would like the cremation to take place on the same day, the full crematorium fee will be charged.

Third party costs

Third party costs are not included within the £3,087 funeral director’s charges and will be added to the funeral account. Other third party costs, such as flowers, catering or newspaper notices, can be arranged on request.

Optional extras

For burial funerals, a minimum of four pallbearers is required. Two pallbearers are included within the package and additional pallbearers can be provided at an extra cost.

Alternative coffins are available at an additional cost.

Third party costs are not included within the £3,670 funeral director’s charges and will be added to the funeral account. Other third party costs, such as flowers, catering or newspaper notices, can be arranged on request.

Optional extras

Alternative coffins are available at an additional cost.

The above prices are our fees and do not include other third party costs, such as cemetery or burial fees. These will be confirmed once the funeral arrangements are known.

• Provision of a superior timber coffin or eco coffin* (alternative options are available)
• Transfer of the deceased from place of death within a 20 mile radius during normal office hours
• Preparation and care of the deceased prior to the funeral, family and friends are welcome to visit in our Chapel of Rest as many times as you would like by prior appointment
• A memoriam page on our website which can be personalised with a photo gallery and where friends and relatives can make donations and leave messages of condolence
• Supplying 50 quality colour printed orders of service
• Catering for 50 people**
• Providing bearers and Funeral Director throughout the funeral service
• Coordinating and preparing any photo/video and music tributes for the service
• The use of our hearse to convey your loved one from our private Chapel of Rest or a home address to The Italian Villa for the funeral service
• Provision of one limousine, seating up to six mourners, to convey the family to The Italian Villa for the funeral service, where it will wait for up to 4 hours before returning the family home or to another local address
• Receiving and caring for floral tributes before the funeral, including transporting them to the service location.
• The full use of the Medici Suite for the funeral service and wake for 4 hours.
• Collecting donations on behalf of your chosen charity, forwarding them to the charity and sending you a list of donors

Optional Extras

We are also available to arrange overnight accommodation, transportation of guests to and from airports, train stations and ferry terminals, floral tributes and pedestals, announcements in the local and national press, suitable AV equipment for visual and musical tributes, please ask for our assistance.

Burials

For burials, as interment fees vary greatly, we will inform you of the costs once informed of the location.

* Oak veneer, with raised lid and rebated panel sides or an Oval Sea Grass and Willow.

** Either a Gourmet Sandwich or Cream Tea Buffet with unlimited tea, coffee and flavoured waters (Alcoholic beverages extra). All dietary requirements caterer for with advanced notice.

Kingston Country Courtyard Exclusive Price Includes:
