I am heart broken to hear this news. Dulcie was such an important part of my life through getting to know her at church and then in her always taking the time to check in with me when there were difficulties in my own life.
I spent so many mornings walking home from school drop off chatting to Dulcie as she walked into town.
She lifted my spirits everyday and will be missed very much. Thoughts and my love to her family at this time.
