In loving memory, and of many enjoyable years spent with Hugh at Swanage, so sad to hear of his passing, my sincere condolences to his family.
Dear Hugh’s Family,
I have many fond memories of Hugh he was a very kind and giving person and we all have a lot to be grateful to him for. He fed, housed and drove a lot of us around in those early days at Langton Matravers. With too much going on and Hugh racing to get his news report in for to the Echo on time and then back to pub and making large pots of spaghetti… His friendship will be missed by all, certainly by me. Laurie sent me some lovely photos of the get together after the service at The Square and Compass, just the right place to be on that day.
My thoughts and condolences are with you, as I remember my friend.
